Day 23 - Click here to read more!

We’re getting closer to the date of my first concert—such an amazing milestone! On top of that, I’ve found my flow again. I realized that everything starts with a why. Why do I do what I do? When you’re clear on what drives you, what gets you up in the morning, everything becomes more purposeful.

I’ve also made a conscious choice: when faced with the option to chase short-term dopamine or to work hard, I choose to work hard. That kind of self-discipline only comes from consistently choosing to work hard every single time you’re faced with that decision—even when it’s super challenging.

Today, I had a fantastic conversation with someone who works in marketing at a club. He shared so much about what he does, and I learned so much from him. It was incredible how things I’ve read in books or figured out through trial and error were reinforced by what he explained. Because of that conversation, I’ve also set some new social media goals, which is exciting! I realized that in some areas of my career, I’ve been standing still. Why? Because good is the killer of great. That’s been my struggle—to push myself to be curious again and improve on what I’m already good at.

I was also reminded that you need to keep putting in the work, even when progress isn’t visible in the short term. It’s like going to the gym: you don’t see results after a week, but you keep going because you know the results will come in the long term. That can be tough because it’s easy to get demotivated. But when you shift your mindset to “just do the work,” it changes everything. You know the results will come.

Another key realization: you just have to make decisions. Don’t get stuck trying to read and analyze everything to remove the fear of making a wrong choice. There are no “wrong” decisions. Every choice teaches you something. So just go for it and see what happens!

So yeah, we’re back to working hard and having fun. I know my goal and my why, and that’s what keeps me moving forward!
