YESSS! I got a response from the venue, and I’m so excited! 🎉 They’re open to my idea, but they suggested starting with a performance in their café to see how that goes—and I completely agree! I think that’s a great first step. Of course, my ultimate goal is still to perform on their big stage, but this feels like the right move for now.
Even with the café gig, I want to treat it as a major event. I plan to go all in with marketing, merchandise, and everything else to make it feel like a real, big show.
Booking this venue was one of my main goals, and I’m so happy we’re making progress. I’m ready to keep building momentum and moving forward.
Yesterday, I also launched my first mailing list! I sent out an update email with a snippet of my new song, and it felt amazing to connect with my audience in this new way. I’m loving how much I’m learning through this process!
On top of that, I’ve started rethinking my TikTok strategy. I realized that the content I’ve been posting doesn’t fully align with the platform. So, I’m shifting gears to focus on more cover songs.
- I love singing.
- It’s a great way to practice and build confidence.
- Covers tend to perform really well on TikTok.
I’m really excited to see how this new approach works out!
For now, I’m continuing to build momentum around my new single and showing people that I know how to use marketing to attract and engage an audience. After watching Better Man, I feel even more certain about my path: I need to be on a stage, dancing, singing, and feeling confident—that’s my destiny!
